Armageddon Dildos Biography



Armageddon Dildos is a German electronic band formed in 1989 by Uwe Kanka and Ralf Dörper. The band's early work was heavily influenced by the industrial and electronic music of the 1980s and 1990s. Armageddon Dildos' first album, "Fetisch," was released in 1990 and featured a more experimental and aggressive sound.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Armageddon Dildos released several more albums, including "Pleasure and Pain" (1992), "Plugged" (1995) and "Kalt" (2002). The band's sound during this period became more experimental and diverse, incorporating elements of industrial, EBM, and electronic music.







In the 2010s, Armageddon Dildos released several more albums, including "Feuer" (2011) and "Die, Motherfucker, Die!" (2016). The band's sound during this period became more electronic, incorporating elements of techno and modern electronic music.

Armageddon Dildos continues to tour and release new music to this day. The band's most recent album, "Krieg" was released in 2020. Throughout their career, Armageddon Dildos have been influential in the German industrial and electronic music scene and continue to be respected for their aggressive and experimental sound. They were known for their politically charged lyrics and their incorporation of samples and unconventional instruments in their music, as well as their live performances that often involve political and social commentary. The band is considered one of the most prominent and important acts of the German industrial scene, and their music continues to inspire many other artists today.
