The Invincible Spirit is an electronic music band from Germany, formed in 1984 by Dirk Ivens. The band's early sound was heavily influenced by New Wave and Industrial music, and their first few albums featured a mix of both styles. The band's first album, "Pressure", was released in 1986 and was well-received by critics and fans alike.

Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, The Invincible Spirit continued to release albums and singles that blended elements of industrial and new wave music, gaining a sizable following in the underground electronic music scene. The band's sound evolved over time, incorporating more elements of EBM and techno, and the band's live performances became known for their intense energy and visual elements.





In the mid-1990s, the band went on hiatus and Ivens focused on other projects, but in 2000 they return with new line-up, and released "Power" in 2001. The band has since released several more albums and continues to tour and perform live.
